“Very well, I shall speak for you, Gregory Hopkins. If you are worthy of the privilege," she said.

“Oh, erm... thanks?" Awesome. Shaman butt-kicking backup!

At the unsure response, the shaman frowned at him and looked over his shoulder at Algra.

“Are you certain of this one?" she asked.

Algra grunted, though a confident little smile lifted the corners of her mouth.

The shaman gave him one last scrutinising glance before turning to lead the way into the tent. He steadied his nerves and felt a surge of confidence as Frelki and Algra come to his sides before they walked toward the tent together.

“Good luck, Gregory! May the blessing of Dal Gahlla be upon you!"

Nullik yelled before snickering to himself.

The shaman disappeared inside without waiting for them, and he almost jumped the last three steps in pursuit of her. He wasn't sure why she'd offered to help him out in this test, but he'd be damned if she was going to go in alone and get herself hurt because of him. So when he burst into an empty tent, save for a very extensive set of sleeping furs lining the ground, he felt that the whole thing was somewhat anticlimactic.

“W-what's going on? Don't we have to kill anything?" he asked as Frelki and Algra stepped in behind him wearing amused little smiles on their faces.

At this, the shaman turned to face him and removed her cloak from her shoulders whilst regarding him with a puzzled expression.

“I should hope not. Why..." The shaman began to ask something but then saw the laughter in the eyes of the two other women in the tent.

“Ah.

No one has told you of this test, Gregory?"

“No, and you know what? I'm getting a Little pissed off about that." He glared at his friends before looking more respectfully back at the shaman.

“Maybe someone could tell me just what the hell is going on here?"

The shaman nodded and reached behind her, there seemed to be something on her back that was troubling her. It turned out to be whatever the hell was holding all those leather straps together, as she released a single clasp and the things began to unravel in spirals around her gorgeously nude body.

“Bwah!?" He stepped back a Little in shock at that action, and found himself standing between Algra and Frelki, both of whom had sneakily disrobed since his last visual scolding of them.

“What the...?"

Given that orc women tended to fight just as well as orc men, he hadn't exactly noticed that all of the orcs who had spoken for their alphas in the other packs had been female. It just wasn't something to be remarked upon, especially not since he was thinking that they were going into some sort of battle. It only then occurred to him that the tents might have been set up to test skills of a different sort entirely.
