"Sasha, I can't believe you ——'
"Madison, don't --"
"No," Madison blurted, "just because I have a healthy libido --
"Madison! You're still on the air!"
Madison felt the blush spreading from her face to every square inch of her body. She'd forgotten to cut-off her microphone. She slammed her hand down on the appropriate button.
"Oh God, please don't let anyone have heard that!"
Across campus, Joanna, Peter, Tony, Carla, and Kevin were all hooting and hollering and laughing their butts off. Even Heda was chuckling, and she also had an enormous grin on her face.
“Ladies and gentlemen," she started, “and you guys too, I think I'm off to pick up my date."
Joanna was laughing so hard she was actually crying, but she managed to get out a gasping, “Have a good night!"
“Sounds Like she's going to!" Tony added.
“Odds are definitely in her favor," was Kevin's contribution.
Heda was still smiling as she jumped into her jeep. She parked over at the radio station and headed inside. Both Billy and Sasha were standing next to the glass, staring down at the sound board in an apparently empty room.
"Hey. Where's Madison?"
Billy smiled.
"Hiding under the desk." He hit the intercom button.
"Madison, Heda's here."
"Go away!" a voice said.
"You can't stay under there forever," Sasha said.
“Watch me!"
Heda couldn't help herself.
"If it makes you feel any better, most college students probably can't spell ‘libido,' much less know what it means."
Silence.
“I for one heartily appreciate a good sex drive."
More silence.
"You're not getting out of your date with her," Sasha said.
