Chapter 2248

"I used to be. No longer."

"I would want to know who my father was," saidAmy, softly.

"Bitty!"complained Daniel."Not so deep!"

Grace looked down and saw Bitty standing behind Daniel. Her hands were busy around Daniel's ass. She smiled at Grace and then her face disappeared behind Daniel's ass.

Daniel moaned."I'm not going to last!"

"Good," declared Amber. "I'm next. Cumalready!"

Daniel grunted."Where?" he asked Grace.

"Mouth, please. I need a top up of mana."

"Yes, ma'am," grunted Daniel, smiling.

Daniel thrust a few more times and then quickly pulled out, found his feet, and squeezing the base of his cock hard, scrambled over Grace's

supine body to offer his cock to her mouth. Grace eyes lit up as she sucked in his hard, wet cock, slick with her juices, just as he ejaculated hard into her mouth. Jets of hot, mana-rich spunk splashed against the back of her throat, and she swallowed convulsively. Daniel came a ton of spunk now, and every drop was delicious to his ladies.

The girls were there to catch any drips. It was the unwritten rule. Whatever cum escaped was free game. None of it was to be wasted.

Daniel's cock spurted one last time, and he sat back on Grace, his coc k landing between her tits. Jasmine took it and sucked on his tip, pulling out more cum.

Grace swallowed the last of the cum in her mouth, cleared her throat, and smiled at Daniel. "Thanks!"

"Any time,"he replied smugly, watching Jasmineclean his cock with her hungry tongue.

Amy took Daniel's cock from Jasmine when she offered it to her. She sucked on it hard and stroked the shaft and was rewarded with the last

drop."Grace, how are you finding the monsters so easily?"

Grace was enjoying watching Jasmine and Amy licking her juices off Daniel's cock up close and personal."I just do."

Bitty went around behind Amber and reached between her legs as she continued to fuck Jasmine. Amber could never get the rhythm of fucking down as perfectly as Daniel could, but she tried, and Jasmine was moaning as the strap-on filled her so nicely. Bitty looked pensive."It must be something the Night fae can do. Do the Light fae have the same abilities?"

Grace shook her head."I'm not aware of any other fae being able to sense Maeve's creatures like I can. I used to ask around Yanwe y about it in private circles. My mother didn't seem concerned when I asked her about it, which makes me think she can probably do the same."

"Well," said Amy."I'm glad you can."

"Mmm, me too!" added Jasmine.

Bitty leaned across to Daniel and whispered in his ear. He had his head thrown backward, enjoying Amy's tongue on his softening cock. His eyes shot open.

"No!You are not using Amber's strap-on on me!Stop asking!"

Bitty looked crestfallen.

It was late afternoon when Amber collapsed to the ground sobbing. Daniel and the other witches stared at her in shock and then rushed to her side. Amy was there first and started crying with Amber. One by one, they held her, and Grace, Jennifer, Brian, Bitty, and Jason stopped and stared, not understanding what was happening.

Then Grace collapsed to the ground and sat with her head hanging down. Bitty stumbled and when her face turned everyone could see the tears coursing down her face.

"Why do I hurt so much?" she wailed, lookingaround confused.

Grace pointed at Amber."It's the bond. It's Amber. Her mother just died."

Bitty rushed to Amber and pushed her way in past the arms of the others to hug her, too.

Sometime later, having set up camp for the night rather than continue, Amber sat down next to Grace.

"Is she?" she whispered to Grace.

Grace stirred the coals of the campfire for a bit. Then she sighed and looked at Amber. She could see the hope there past the streaks of dried tears. Hope that her mother was in a better place.

Grace shook her head and said nothing.

Amber sat quietly beside her. Then she rose and looked down at Grace and held out her hand. Surprised, Grace took it and allowed Amber to pull her to her feet.

"Thank you for being honest,"whispered Amber."Come. We all need some comfort tonight."

Grace nodded and let Amber pull her into the tent to join the others.

Two weeks passed, and one morning Grace said they were approaching the orc lands. Goblins had been getting scarcer and scarcer and Jason said it was time to up the ante, as he put it.

Orcs, is it turned out, acted a lot like humans, except they had pig-like heads, with tusks and snouts. According to Grace, Orcs were an attempt by Maeve to create her own race to worship her. Of all the creatures Maeve had created, Grace was certain Maeve had a fondness for her orcs.

They were also very intelligent, organised, tricky, and stronger than humans. Jason spoke at length about how to fight them. In short, he said to fight them like a human. Orcs had much the same classes and same abilities as adventurers. They also trained.

Yesterday, when they had emerged from the forest into a savanna of sorts, a so litary orc had been spotted in the distance with a large group

of trailing goblins. Grace was certain they had been moved intentionally to get in front of them to slow them down. Daniel had longed ago stopped doubting Grace when she said things like that. She had a sixth sense in the Wilds.

The orc and the goblins had stopped between two large groupings of trees. Hills rose on either side. To advance across the savanna, The Circle would have to pass between the trees. The only other option, Grace had explained, was to head much farther south.

"And besides," she had grunted."They alreadyknow we are here. Why disappoint them?"

Grace had watched the solitary orc organise the goblins, smacking them about the head, and kicking them to get them to move. The orc formed the goblin s into groups and had them dig trenches in the soft soil of the savanna. She felt Maeve then and glanced over to a thick copse of trees and saw her smirk. Maeve faded back into the trees.

Grace hated Maeve but had learned to ignore her in the Wilds. She had once spent weeks

trying to catch her in the Wilds before giving up. It was simple: Maeve was the Wilds. She decided what happened. The only freedom they had was when and how to deal with the monsters she threw at adventurers. Maeve never interfered directly with the fights. It was some kind of fae rule she had concocted but seemed intent on following. The rules were completely arbitrary, her mother had once said, but the fae follow rules for a reason. Even their own.

Grace reported back from scouting ahead to the party."Goblins up ahead. One orc. They're building a defensive line. Trenches, embankments, traps between the trees."

Daniel looked surprised."The goblins have never done that before,"

Jason nodded his head."It's the orc. He leads them. One orc can change everything. Seems like Maeve is upping the game a little."

Brian and Grace nodded their heads. Grace replied."She's done with the grace period."

"Grace period?" asked Amber, smirking.

Grace glared at her."Yes. She allows new adventures to adjust for a time. It makes it more sporting. Usually, the period is much longer. We've only been here for three weeks. That she's upping the challenge does not bode well. She's crafty. She's had years to perfect her approach. This is like playing stones with her. She knows all the best opening moves. Sometimes she fucks around with it and changes things up. Sometimes she isn't playing stones at all. But she loves to give adventurers a small sense of accomplishment. Just before she drops the gauntlet."

Daniel frowned. "You speak of her like you admire her."

Grace's face whipped around to look at Daniel, anger plain on her face. Daniel had never seen this side of her directed at him and took a step back from her."I will never admire Maeve!"she hissed."She is Maeve. That is all. I detest her with all my heart. All I see is the corruption she spreads around her." Grace stood from where she had been drawing the goblin placements in the dirt."We head out in five. Be prepared. We've talked about this kind of fighting. I don't want any amateur bullshit."

It was a massacre for Maeve's creatures.

Jason, Grace, Jennifer, and Brian attacked from the forested flanks while Daniel and the witches placed themselves in plain view, put up shields, and blasted out fireballs at any goblin that poked it's head out of the shallow trenches.

The orc tried to run near the end, but Grace cut it down. Daniel could still hear the sounds of its death. He had expected a pig squeal. Instead, the orc had sounded very human in its cries.

Little was said that evening around their modest campfire.
