“For what?"
“For loving me, for taking care of me.For marrying me and spoiling me all the time." Whenever Wesley was home, he took care of every aspect of her life, in person. That was why she had recovered so quickly
He shook his head.
"I don't think I deserve a reward from you for loving you and taking care of you. I am your husband; it's my duty to do so."
Blair had given him everything-her youth, her body, and had even borne him a child. She took two bullets for him. She had been in a coma for nearly two years because of him. Whatever he did for her wouldn't be enough to make it up to her. And she had patiently waited for him for ten-odd years. Her love and loyalty were priceless to him.
Blair was moved by his words.
He treated her well like it was the most natural thing to do.
She reached out her hand with the huge diamond ring on it, and held his arm.
"Honey, I want a second child with you."
If possible, she hoped it would be a girl. Like the saying goes: a daughter is like a lover from a father's past life. Blair wanted to bear him a daughter who would make him happy.
Wesley stopped eating and stared at her.
“Are you saying that I don't work hard enough in bed?" Before she could explain, he added, feigning guilt, “My bad. I've been controlling myself because I didn't want to tire you out. Okay, this will be my top priority from now on. From tonight, we will have sex every night, and quickly have our second child."
Blair was dumbfounded. Did she say that the wrong way? She only meant to say that he didn't need to use condoms anymore. She wanted to get pregnant. He didn't work hard enough in bed? How could that be? She could hardly keep pace with him now. If he worked any harder, she would probably die in bed. Blair still remembered how miserable she had been back when Cecelia had doubted his sexual ability.
"No, honey. That's not what I meant..."
“Honey, I understand. We'll have a second child soon, and it would be best if it was a boy." That way, there would be one more man to protect
Blair.
“But I want a girl.”
“No way. I only want boys.”
Blair rolled her eyes at him.
"Another boy? You want to give another soldier to the country? Or are you planning to pass down your position, your power, to your sons?" If that was the case, maybe she would consider giving birth to another boy.
“Just Listen to what I say." He didn't give any further explanation.
“Mr. Wesley, that's not for us to decide. It all depends on our destiny." She made a face at him.
She was determined to go to a temple and pray for a beautiful daughter.
In fact, she desperately wanted a daughter with Wesley because she had seen how Carlos acted in front of his daughter. The cold CEO spoiled
Evelyn to the hilt. He Listened to everything the little girl said.
