"No and nothing matters when itcomes to you. I hate seeing you upset  and I'm sorry for causing it. I should  have told you but with the pregnancy I  didn't want to make you feel worse".

"You need to tell me things and notkeep them from me".

"I know baby and I really am sorry".

"Why is this even happening?". Iasked.

"A favour my dad owes and nowJessica's dad is cashing it in. Apparently,  they aren't doing so well".

"I don't care". I huffed."She tried tomake my life a misery, so she deserves  nothing less".

A laugh fell from his lips. "How aboutwe go inside, and I'll run you a bath and  then if you feel up to it, we can go over  to my mom's and enjoy your graduation  party?”.

“I think I'd like that”.

I smoothed my hands down my sides  and rested them on my stomach. It  wouldn't be long until I was showing. I  never imagined I would fall pregnant. I  was always the type that if it happened  it happened and if it didn't then that  was okay to.

I decided on my long sleeve knitted  dress that stopped just above my knee  and paired it with my small heeled  black boots. I felt better after relaxing in  the bath. My mind clearer about the  situation at hand.

If they decided to bring Jessica and  her family back into the pack, then I willdo everything in my power to make sure  she knows her place. I would make sure  she knew that I was the future Luna of  this pack and not her.

I decided to put the whole thing to  the back of my mind. I had more  important things to think about. I was  carrying the beginning of our family  inside me. The future Alpha, the first  heir.

"Ready to go baby?". He asked as heappeared by the bedroom door.

"Almost I just need to grab my jacket".I got it out my closet and pulled it on.  Another piece of clothing that seemed  to be getting tight.

"You really are beautiful Leah and I'mincredibly lucky that I get to spend the  rest of my life with you".

"I'm lucky too". I smiled. When we arrived at his parents'house the party was in full swing.  Everyone from our senior year was here.  I was met with a huge hug from  Charlotte as soon as we stepped inside.

"I didn't think you were going tocome but I'm so glad you did. We still  have to give you your graduation gift".

I wasn't against accepting their gift,  but I knew it was going to be over the  top and expensive.

"You didnt have to get me a gift but Iappreciate it very much".

"Nonsense honey it's tradition in ourhouse. Would you like a drink?".

"I'll get it mom". Jake spoke. Thewhole time he stood with his hand on  my lower back. I liked it I liked how  secure and safe I felt."I'm sorry you found out the way youdid about Jessica and her family. It  wasn't our intention to keep you out of  the loop, but Jake insisted that he be  the one to tell you".

"Well, he didn't but we won't talkabout that. I can't say I agree with it,  but I don't get to make that decision".  The words were out before I could stop  them. I didn't want to think about it  never mind talk about it."Jesscia didn't  exactly make it easy for me when I  moved here".

"If Jacob decides to bring them backthen please understand it's not for  Jessicas benefit".

"I do understand but it still doesn'tmean I agree with it. All the things she  did to me I don't think she should be  allowed to come back"."I understand that sweetheart andrest assure Jacob with take everything  into consideration". She smiled.
