“Just something I need to take care of," Milly responded, moving to a secluded area. She then connected her bluetooth headset and made a call.

Karol asked, "What's the update?"

"Congratulations, Miss Morris. You've overshadowed Botanic in one night," Milly praised.

Karol knew there was more to the call. "You didn't call just to praise me, did you?"

With a secretive smile, Milly reminded, “I prefer our discussions to remain private, Miss Morris."

It was crucial for Milly that her dealings with Karol remain hidden from Lilah.

Karol approved Milly's meticulousness and said, “Alright, I understand."

"I hope your new skincare products sell well!" Milly said.

Karol said, "Thank you."

After ending the call, Milly was about to return to the research and development lab when her phone rang.

Recognizing the caller, she answered promptly and said respectfully, "Yes, boss?"

The man on the other end of the phone spoke in a deep tone. “How's everything going?"

Milly responded, “Everything's going smoothly."

"Okay," the man replied softly. "You need to find someone. Don't forget the formula and follow my instructions..."

Upon hearing his plan, determination sparked in her eyes. "Okay, I'm on it."

Milly smirked. With this plan, Lilah's good name would be completely destroyed.

Meanwhile, Lilah arrived at the coffee shop where she was supposed to meet Karol.

The place was warm and welcoming.

Entering the main hall, she glanced around and spotted Karol chilling in a corner, all relaxed and laid-back.

Lilah approached and took a seat opposite her. “You arrived quite early, didn't you?"

“I've just got here. Let's get down to business," Karol looked up and said.

Cutting to the chase, Lilah said, "Miss Morris, seems you took my formula and made a splash with the White Dew brand."

A sneer appeared on Karol's face. "Your formula? Really, Lilah, how can you say that?"

Lilah fixed her gaze on her. "Are you denying that you took it from me?"
