As Lilah opened the door, she saw the man dressed in a black suit, focused intently on his work. His bright eyes and distinct aura caught her attention.

“Lilah, if you'd like some coffee, I can have someone bring it."

“I'll just have water. I can get it myself." She then placed the shopping bag on the sofa and walked over to the water dispenser.

Gerard said softly, “Alright, Lilah. I'll finish my work soon. Just give me a moment."

“It's fine. Continue with your work," Lilah replied, smiling.

She filled two glasses with water, placed one on his desk, and expressed her concern. “Have some water."

"Okay." Gerard looked up at her, his eyes twinkling with a smile.

She then turned around, took the suit out of the shopping bag, and suggested, “Gerard, try this on and see if it fits."

"Alright, I'll try it on now." Holding the suit, Gerard headed to the lounge in the office.

A few minutes later, Gerard emerged from the Lounge wearing the new suit. The blue-striped suit shone brilliantly in the sunlight.

Gerard's flawless physique was on display, showcasing broad shoulders, a trim waist, and a height that exuded nobility. He possessed a striking elegance.

She nodded to herself, pleased with her choice.

Just as Gerard was about to approach her, Walter swung the door open.

About to speak, he stopped when he noticed that Lilah was there.

"Didn't know you were here, Lilah," he said.

Lilah smiled and said, “That's okay."

“What's on your mind that you want to discuss with me?" Gerard asked in a monotone voice.

"I'm planning to go abroad next week," Walter said.

He had unfinished business abroad that needed his attention.
