"Is it because Ashlyn's meddling with another married man again?

I've told her countless times that Walter and Effie are a solid couple. I can't understand why she insists on being a homewrecker instead of embracing her role as the eldest daughter of the Jensen family.

It's infuriating! She's not fit to be my sister, just a hopeless romantic... "

"Enough, Lilah interrupted, a bit embarrassed." Why do you talk so much?"

The group quickly arrived at the Jensen family home.

Before Lilah jumped out of the car, she turned to Araceli and said, "Stay calm and pretend to be busy on your phone.

Cooperate when you feel like it, and do whatever you want when you don't. Just don't make any sudden moves. The gun in front of you is real."

Soon after, the entire Jensen family received the news: Araceli had been kidnapped.

Johan, the head of the family and Araceli's father, immediately rushed out with his men, only to see Gerard holding a heavy black gun. The barrel was already aimed at his precious daughter's head.

Johan almost fainted from shock. He frantically shouted, "Mr. Harris, what are you doing? Can't we talk this out?"

"Dad, save me! It's her fault, make her fix this!" Araceli suddenly screamed, her voice filled with desperation, tears welling up in her eyes.

Johan's heart broke. His youngest daughter was his darling, and he couldn't bear to see her suffer.

"What do you think you're doing? Let my sister go now!" Ashlyn emerged from inside, followed by Walter, who looked stern and cold.

Lilah raised an eyebrow, noticing the visible marks on Ashlyn's neck, realizing she hadn't had it easy.

"Miss Jensen, since you're being ruthless, don't expect us to hold back. Hand over the antidote quickly, or your sister's life will be in danger," Lilah said calmly.

Walter stepped beside her. "Thanks, sis, " he said.

Ashlyn's rage ignited at Walter's actions.

“What do you mean by that? I don't understand. We only have one antidote, and it's for Mrs. Mo, " she replied, looking at Lilah with a mocking expression.

"Ashlyn, you're asking for trouble!" Walter snapped instantly.

Ashlyn's expression changed slightly, avoiding Walter's murderous glare, yet she stubbornly refused to admit anything.

"Miss Lilah, either you provide evidence that I did something wrong, or you release my sister immediately. Do you really think the Jensen family is so weak that we can be bullied without limits?"

"Ashlyn, how can you still be so oblivious? Don't we know what you're like? They've laid it out so clearly, yet you insist on playing dumb. I really don't know what you're thinking,"

Araceli scornfully glared at her sister.

At this point, Johan stepped forward and addressed Gerard, "It's all my fault. I failed to teach my daughters well. Mr. Harris, could you please let my other daughter go, and we can talk this out?"
