“Richard, what did Jerrold give you?" Jenna moved closer, only to be stunned by what she saw.

Inside the box were intricately assembled blocks, forming a realistic portrait of Richard.

Gerard looked on with a gentle smile, while Lilah added, “Jerrold spent several nights preparing this gift!"

The portrait, crafted from numerous small blocks, was impressively detailed. Though small, the amount of effort it must have taken was immense.

Richard, overjoyed, embraced Jerrold. "I'm thrilled with your gift!

As a thank you, I'm giving you one percent of the company's shares."

He immediately instructed his assistant to arrange the transfer.

Jenna and Felipe were astounded.

Lilah, too, was taken aback. Richard's generosity was immense; even one percent of the Harris Group's shares amounted to a huge fortune.

Jenna clenched her fists, realizing the stark contrast in Richard's treatment. Despite Vera's talented drawing, she received no such reward. The disparity made Jenna acutely aware that Richard and Brenda didn't regard them with the same familial warmth.

Despite Jerrold's youth, he possessed knowledge about the company's shares. "Grandpa, I don't desire that. I only want your happiness."

"Good boy. I'm exceedingly content. However, you shall accept what I bestow upon you. After all, what is mine now will be yours in the future," Richard declared with an affectionate smile.

“My beloved grandson, did you craft this based on an image or entirely from your imagination?" Brenda, too, admired the block-created artwork.

Sweetly, Jerrold responded, "I made it by myself."

Brenda was further impressed. "Jerrold is truly remarkable. You must possess skills in painting as well! Would you like to learn more about art?"

After contemplating for a moment, Jerrold replied, "I wouldn't mind."

“Let Grandpa and Grandma know when you wish to learn," Brenda suggested, her smile unwavering.

Jenna scoffed in her thoughts. This old woman treated her autistic grandchild like a treasure.

Wasn't building with blocks just a recreational activity? Anyone could do it! Painting was more of a challenge than that!

Nevertheless, Jenna didn't lose sight of their primary purpose for the visit. "Richard, I recall that the master, Mr. Kenneth Freeman, hasn't taken on any apprentices, correct? In the future, if Vera chooses the path of painting, she'll need a mentor.”

Richard nodded. “Indeed, he hasn't accepted any students but his standards are exceptionally high. That's why he hasn't taken on an apprentice in so many years."

“That's no problem. Vera embarked on her painting journey at the tender age of three. Many now laud her as talented. We hope Mr. Freeman can give her some guidance," Jenna asserted.

After pondering for a moment, Richard responded, “Certainly, I'll inquire with him on your behalf."

Jenna's eyes sparkled with surprise. "Thank you."
