At this point, Keith quickly cut in, "Onyx, stop trying to convince her. If she wants, let her lose all her money."

“Janis, why don't you listen to Onyx? Trust me, he can help you earn back all the money you lost," another member messaged.

“I've made money again!" someone suddenly exclaimed through a voice message. Then he added, “Janis, check out the screenshot. Look how fast the price rises!"

The moment the screenshot was posted in the group, the discussions became even more Lively.

"Can you see it now, Janis? Onyx is really very good at this."

"Look, Janis, we've all made money. Why do you still trust Lilah so much when you've lost money with her? She can do nothing for you. Or do you want to lose all of your money?"

As Lilah read these statements, she couldn't help but shake her head.

Then she posted a message in the group, asking them, “What makes you think the price of our fund won't rise again?"

“Lilah, are you daydreaming?" one of them responded mockingly. “The price of your fund has hit rock bottom already. How dare you make such a statement? Do you think we're blind?"

"I wonder what you did to deceive Janis to make her trust you so much. You don't know anything about investments, so why are you still managing the Phillips family fund?"

“Hand over the family fund right away!"

“Lilah, don't you think you've gone too far already? You didn't even know if this fund would make money before you invested in it.”

At this point, virtually everyone was blaming Lilah.

Onyx seized the opportunity to throw his own barb at her. “Lilah, you lack knowledge about business and investment. This is not the area you're supposed to be involved in.”

“What do you mean, Uncle Onyx?" Lilah promptly asked.

She was sure that Onyx was implying something.

“Why don't you let me manage the family fund? I'm sure I can help all of us make a lot of money in the shortest possible period," Onyx replied.

"I agree with Onyx. We've seen just how competent he is."

"That's right. Hand over the family fund to him!"

But in spite of their calls, Lilah remained adamant. "The family fund is supposed to be managed by the head of the family. That's a rule set by my grandfather. I can't let someone else take over just Like that."

"You're deliberately refusing to release our money even though you can't manage it properly. Do you want us to keep on suffering more and more losses?"

"You haven't made a penny yet, but you insist on maintaining control.

Why are you so scared of the fact that we'll make money?"

But Lilah ignored them and addressed Janis instead. "Grandaunt Janis, please just trust me. I assure you, we'll soon make money from the fund. Next tomorrow at the latest."
