Sophia was stunned by Robert's question. She shook her head. "No."

"Ms. Ryder, can you accept that there may be somemisunderstandings about our relationship due to our contact during working hours?" Robert smiled at Sophia and said,"Of course, there will only be some misunderstandings. Nothing beyond the boundary will happen."

Sophia fell silent at the question and stood there, thinking.

Robert didn't urge her. After a few minutes, Sophia took a deep breath and nodded."It's acceptable for me if it's just a misunderstanding."

"Great."Robert clapped his hands and said,"Ms. Ryder, you'rehired."

"Thank you..." Sophia said subconsciously. She didn't reactuntil halfway through her words and screamed on the spot, "Huh? Really?"

Sophia realized that she had lost her composure and hurriedly covered her mouth.

"Yes," Robert smiled."You're hired."

"T-This..." Sophia, who was shrewd one moment ago, keptpacing in place with joy on her face. She was clearly too excited to say anything.

Your two friends had been persuading you to give up, but you still persisted. That proves that you're not the type who will give up easily."

After saying that, Robert looked at Sophia and said,"You have obvious dark circles under your eyes. You clearly didn't sleep well last night. Were you awake all night to prepare for the self-introduction?"

"Yes…" Sophia smiled, embarrassed."I didn't sleep until twoo'clock."

"When facing a company that you know nothing about, you'restill willing to make adequate preparation for the interview. I need your enthusiasm. Even when you were asked to attend a meeting at such an unreasonable time, which was seven o'clock in the morning, you still arrived in advance. The concept of time is of the utmost importance for an assistant. As for your resume,I noticed that your ability might not be very competitive, but for me, what I need the most is not your ability but your attitude. "Thank you, Mr. Zabinski." Sophia hurriedly bowed andstretched out her hands. Just after thanking him, she was stunned again."Z-Zabinski Group? Do you mean the 'Zabinski Group'?"

"Ha!" Robert didn't explain further. Instead, he asked,"Ms.Ryder, can you start working today?”

"Yes!Yes!" Sophia nodded quickly.

"Okay." Robert nodded."Thank you for getting up so earlytoday. I have asked the hotel to prepare your room and breakfast for you. You can take a rest. Come to the office on time at 8:55 a. m. That's all for now."

"Okay. Thank you, Mr. Zabinski." Sophia thanked him beforeshe said,"Mr. Zabinski,I'll leave now."

"Take a break," Robert smiled and then sat back behind hisdesk to do some work.

Sophia went out of the office and felt dizzy.

Originally, she didn't have much hope for that assessment, but the outcome was beyond her imagination.

She was then an employee of Zabinski Group as the assistant to the chairman!

Sophia knew that, although for now, she could only do some trivial tasks such as those performed by a secretary, she was confident that she would perform well in the position of an assistant as long as she was willing to learn.

Sophia couldn't fall asleep at all when she was in the room. Her heart was constantly beating in excitement.
