"Him?" Kendrick thought of Matthew.

"Maybe it is possible! I asked Matthew to takeover Fortuna Hall. Because of falsified medicines, he went into jail and might have hatred for me and he gave it away," Kendrick thought.

"Damn it!" The more Kendrick thought aboutit, the more possible he felt. He angrily threw his teacup on the ground and splashed hot boiling water mixed with tea leaves.

"Mr. Zabel, how do we deal with this matter?"Gilbert asked.

"You can go back first," Kendrick waved hishand and said."This matter needs to be considered in the long run."

Hearing this, Jacob and Gilbert looked at each other.

Jacob said,"Mr. Zabel, this has happened. If Robert keeps investigating it, he will know I am one of the masterminds."

"What do you mean?" Kendrick frowned andlooked at Jacob."You've always been in charge of this matter. You didn't handle the whole thing by yourself but is going to be

found out. Do you want me to solve it for you?"

"Mr. Zabel, Gilbert and I are both joining youwithout saving anything," Jacob straightened his waist and said."Now Robert has found out this in advance. The Zabinski Group won't be completely done because of it. With Robert's personality, he will never let go. Once it comes to me, you may be involved, Mr. Zabel."

Kendrick narrowed his eyes and stared at Jacob. "Are you threatening me?"

Jacob was also an old con. He shook his head and said,"Mr. Zabel, you misunderstood me. I'm just narrating a fact."

Although Jacob said so, the threat was clear to everyone.

Kendrick was so angry that he slapped his hand on the table. "Then let Robert check me out. I'll see what he can do to me! All right, Mr. Zahn, you can leave now. I have a meeting to attend."

Kendrick had given the order to leave.

"Mr. Zabel, you'd better not be so snobbish."After saying that, Jacob left.

Gilbert also looked at Kendrick and then walked out of the office.

Seeing them leave, Kendrick sneered and scolded,"What were they talking about? How dare they make a deal with me? Secretary, don't let these two people get in my office again!"

Jacob waited for Gilbert at the door and said anxiously,"Gilbert, what should we do next?"

"What should I do? Who am I going to ask?"Gilbert also seemed to be in a very bad mood. "Robert said he wanted to sue me, so let himdo so. I'm afraid that he won't succeed!"

After saying that, Gilbert strode away.

Jacob's face was full of bitterness, and his smiley look before had disappeared.

Unlike Gilbert, Jacob always relied on the Zabinski Group to eat.

Jacob walked quickly outside the Zabel Tower. As soon as he reached the lobby on the first floor, Jacob heard a siren sound.

Jacob was startled by the sound. He subconsciously found a stone pillar to hide behind him and looked around, only to see Gilbert being blocked by two policemen and then he was taken into the police car.

Jacob's back was covered in a cold sweat.

He knew that Robert had already done it, but he didn't know how far Robert would find out.

"If he kept investigating, I couldn't hide,"Robert thought.

Thinking of Kendrick's attitude just now, Jacob felt a little chilly.

In the two whirlpools of Zabinski Group and Zabel Group, Jacob was just a boat but came to the center. He might capsize at any time.
