Chapter 53

Sitting in the commercial vehicle, Kendrick saw Charles walking out of the hospital.

With a smile, Kendrick alighted from the car and greeted, "Charles!"

However, when Kendrick walked closer, he noticed the gloomy look on Charles'face.

Shocked, Kendrick asked,"Charles, what's wrong with you?Could it be that Mr. Stephen Hoffman-"

Before Kendrick could finish his words, Charles interruptedhim with a roar,"Kendrick!" He kicked Kendrick with reddened eyes.

Kendrick could not react to Charles'sudden change and wasdirectly kicked to the ground by the latter.

"Charles, you're crazy!" Kendrick, who was kicked to theground, shouted.

"I'll kill you today! All of you, come here and beat him todeath!"Charles was furious, thinking he would have been expelled from the Hoffman family if Kendrick hadn't framed him. Because of Kendrick, he lost everything from that day onward.

The dozen young men at the hospital gate were initiallysummoned by Charles for a celebration. Now that they saw that their boss was infuriated, they rushed up and beat the other party despite the person's identity.
