Chapter 802 Wish You A Safe Journey

Nia concluded Cade's agonizing ordeal, each scream a reclamation of the scars etched onto Nora's

fingertips. This act could be seen as Nora's vengeance.

Rising, Nia gazed down at Cade and said, "Even with your status, your life can be easily taken."

With that, she exited.

Cade crumpled to the ground. Unlike the people of Sacredice, Nia possessed a gentler heart and did not

fully sever his right hand.

However, blood pooled from his left hand below him.

Clenching his teeth, he managed to free his feet using his injured right hand and made his way to the warehouse to get his phone.

"Angela, this time you've truly done me in," he muttered, anger sparking in his eyes. His current wretched

state was entirely her doing.

As dawn broke the next day, Nora was up early.

Amy entered after knocking, announcing, "Nora, rise quickly. I've scheduled a plane. It will be here soon."

"Okay," Nora replied, sitting up and rubbing her eyes. Her hair was unkempt from sleep, which she tried to smooth down. She paused, her thoughts drifting to the woman from the night before.

Despite their brief connection, a future meeting seemed unlikely. Nora had no other assistants. Amy managed all her affairs solo.

After helping Nora prepare and pack, Amy reached the door, luggage in tow. "The chartered plane awaits on the nearby tarmac, and the driver is downstairs-"

Her sentence was cut short by a group of people in the corridor.

Leading them was Sean and his friends.

Nora glanced up to find the intriguing woman from the previous night now, accompanied by others.

It appeared they were all acquainted.

Joanna inquired, "Norah, are you departing?" Susanna questioned, "Where are you headed?"

Alice proposed, "How about staying a little longer?" Sean watched Nora intently. He had spent the previous

night in bitter anticipation, hoping for her agreement to his request, yet she had declined. This moming, he had come down, hoping for a chance meeting, only to encounter this scene.

The agent grasped the suitcase as the group moved briskly, poised to leave.

Was Nora truly leaving now?

Nora's lips twitched. "The competition has concluded. Why should I remain?"

The error of her performance yesterday was clear to all present, leaving her with no further reason to

stay.

The group before her, professing to be her fans, had no entitlement to request her presence any longer. She asked with a tilt of her head, "Why do you obstruct my path?"

Sean's tone grew tender. "Norah-

He was tom between uncovering the truth behind her and his desire for her to remain at his side, his emotions conflicted/

Amy's expression tumed stern. "Nora is departing now. Please clear the way. I will handle the expenses for the Rejuvenation Powder. Thank you for assisting her."

Alice exchanged looks with Joanna and Susanna before stepping aside.

"If that is the case, I wish you a safe journey, Alice said.

Sean reluctantly moved aside, watching as they departed.

Alice looked on after them, musing, "Norah is merely dealing with temporary amnesia. As long as she is

healthy and alive, that suffices." The restoration of her memory was not urgent.

Now aware of Norah's survival, they could gradually formulate their next steps.
