Chapter 1376

However, Jennifer's eyes dimmed swiftly.

"But Lily will never let me get close to Anthony now that she knows I've overheard what she said. Besides, it'll take some time to undo the hypnotization effect," she said with a frown. "He's been hypnotized since he was young, so I imagine it'd be very hard to undo it."

"I did some research on hypnotization before," drawled Harvey. "It will be quite hard to undo the effects when he had been hypnotized for so long. In fact, I'd reckon it'd take at least a year or so if the hypnotist is a very good one. And there's one other thing...

"Anthony won't be that easily hypnotized now as compared to when he was younger. What Lily is doing now is just driving in the message she planted in his head. In other words, she's not trying to plant new ideas. It'll be hard to undo the effects."

Harvey looked at Jennifer. "I suggest you team up with Anthony's parents on this to have a higher chance of succeeding. Make sure he's not spending time with Lily while he's receiving treatment, or your efforts will be in vain."

Jennifer nodded thoughtfully. "Thank you, Harvey. I'll take everything you said into my plan."

Harvey smiled. "I know a few friends who are amazing hypnotists. Shall I recommend them to you?"

"Really?" Jennifer's expression lit up with hope.

Harvey nodded with a smile. "Yeah. You can find me anytime you need help. Vicky and I go way back, so her friend is my friend too."

Jennifer was grateful to Harvey.

After talking to Jennifer for a bit more, Vicky decided it was time forthem to go.

Seeing this, Harvey said, "Vicky, let me give you a ride back since neither you nor Mister Hart drove here."

Tyler narrowed his eyes. "I've already called for a car, so no need for all that trouble."

They walked out of the hospital and saw Harry's car waiting. Tyler had stepped out of the ward and called him so he would not have to spend a minute longer with Harvey than he had to.

Vicky turned to Harvey. "I guess this is where we say goodbye. And, oh, thanks for all your help today."

Harvey did not insist anymore. He glanced at Tyler before smiling charmingly at Vicky. "Oh, there's no need to thank me. We're friends after all."

Vicky decided to quickly get out of there when she saw Tyler's worsening expression. She dragged Tyler into the car after saying goodbye to Harvey.

The car engine started, and Harvey stood as he watched their car drive away.
