Lyndon's demeanor shifted, his tone serious. “What did you just say? Rita knows Scarlet?"
Tilda smoothed her hair, which he had tousled moments ago, and nodded.
Lyndon looked at her. “How do you know? Did you investigate Rita?"
“I don't have time for that," Tilda replied, her tone light yet firm.
“Thanks to my good connections, someone helped me find out.”
"Someone helped you find out? Who was it? Keanu?"
When Lyndon mentioned Keanu, his dark eyes narrowed, his mood taking a sharp downturn.
"You're overthinking it. Keanu doesn't have that kind of capability,"
Tilda replied casually.
Lyndon mulled over her words, the corner of his mouth twitching. Was she implying that Keanu was.. mediocre?
Lyndon liked the sound of that.
His mood lifted slightly, though curiosity lingered. “Then who exactly helped you?"
"It was Hutton."
She went on to explain the deal she had struck with Hutton, her voice calm yet matter-of-fact.
Lyndon raised an eyebrow, a flicker of intrigue Lighting up his gaze.
“Is that so?"
To prevent his ex-wife from filming intimate scenes with another actor, Hutton had gone to the extraordinary length of having the script rewritten.
Lyndon found himself pondering the man's actions. Hutton was certainly... interesting.
If his ex-wife were to land another role involving intimate scenes, what Lengths would Hutton go to next? Lyndon was curious.
"Isn't it interesting?" Tilda inquired. Her thoughts aligned perfectly with Lyndon's at that moment.
Lyndon nodded, a subtle acknowledgment.
Tilda noticed his usual calm demeanor, and a flicker of curiosity sparked in her eyes.
“So, you support my decision to remove Rita from the project?" she asked.
Lyndon glanced at her. "Yeah."
