"Then all we need to do is find this woman and get her to confirm that Rosie orchestrated the whole thing. That should be enough to clear Keanu's name," Corrine suggested.
Tilda's expression shifted as realization dawned on her. "That's right!"
"Good. I'll have someone track this woman down," Corrine stated.
But before she could take action, Tilda suddenly remembered something. "Wait, let me contact a hacker I know. He's incredibly skilled and should be able to dig up information on this woman much faster."
She was already thinking about reaching out to Hutton.
Given his expertise as a top-tier hacker, locating this woman would be a simple task for him.
"That sounds like the perfect plan." "Alright, I'll handle it. Talk later."
With that, Tilda ended the call and immediately sent a message to Hutton, requesting his help.
Meanwhile, Corrine slipped her phone back into her bag and continued driving toward Keanu's apartment complex.
Unlike luxury neighborhoods with tight security, Keanu's residence was a standard apartment building with minimal restrictions on who could enter.
As Corrine pulled into the area, her eyes narrowed at the sight of several reporters lingering outside.
She didn't bother avoiding them. Instead, she found an empty parking spot, turned off the engine, and stepped out of her car.
The moment the reporters recognized her, they rushed forward, cameras flashing and microphones thrust in her direction.
"Miss Sanderson, can you comment on the recent rumors?"
"Miss Sanderson, now that your new boyfriend is cheating on you, would you break up with him immediately?"
"Miss Sanderson, everyone was celebrating your fresh start in love, but now it seems you've been betrayed again. Do you regret trusting him?"
"Miss Sanderson, do you still believe in love?"
A barrage of questions erupted from the crowd of reporters, their voices overlapping in a chaotic chorus.
Standing before them, Corrine removed her sunglasses and raised a hand, commanding silence.
Her sharp, captivating gaze swept across the crowd, quieting the chaos.
"First," she began, her tone firm and composed, "I will provide a clear explanation regarding the truth of the news very soon. Second, I believe Keanu is a man of principle. He would never betray me. Third, it was only after meeting him that I began to believe in love again. We will prove, through our actions, just how enduring our love is. Finally, please do not disturb my beloved. Otherwise, you will all face the consequences. If anyone tries to ambush him or maliciously slander him, I won't let it slide!"
With that, Corrine put her sunglasses back on, her expression unyielding. Her heels clicked against the pavement as she strode away confidently toward Keanu's apartment building.
The reporters remained rooted in place, knowing better than to test Corrine's resolve.
They had learned from experience that her threats were never empty.
