Jerry's face lit up when he recognized his mother's voice. "Mom, is it okay if I stay on a little longer?" he pleaded.

He was thrilled about just having met his captain in the game, looking forward to an intense battle.

Glancing at her watch, Anabella inquired, “How much longer do you need?"

Jerry paused, then responded, "Maybe an hour?" "How Long have you been at it already?" Anabella asked.

Shifting his eyes away, Jerry responded quietly, "Oh, just about half an hour."

Anabella was skeptical about that, especially since he had been outside the room for an entire hour.

"Only half an hour, really?" she asked.

With a sly smile, Jerry replied, "Mom, I'm in the middle of something. We can talk after I'm done."

With that, he turned back to his computer, his fingers swiftly moving over the keyboard once more.

Anabella exhaled a resigned sigh, deciding to let him play a bit longer. She then turned to look for Tilda.

Tilda was standing next to Sheldon. Relief washed over her as she saw her son unharmed.

Her fears of him being lost vanished when she realized he was captivated by a computer game.

However, a question arose in her mind. The computer in use operated with coins.

How had Sheldon obtained the coins? He had not brought any money with him. Could he have discovered a method to bypass the payment?

Sheldon, though young, was always brewing with inventive solutions, she mused.

Choosing to remain silent, Tilda observed him as he navigated through the game.

Realizing he was thoroughly engaged, she decided to allow him an hour of play.

"Tilda, is Sheldon engrossed in a computer game as well?" Anabella inquired, approaching with a cheerful demeanor.

"He's really taken to it," Tilda responded with a sense of resignation.

"It's okay. Let him enjoy." Anabella reassured.

With a casual glance at the screen, her attention was suddenly captured by it.

"That's interesting. Sheldon is playing the same game as Jerry."

Sheldon's body stiffened when he heard what Anabella said.

He was worried his mother would scolded him in front of everyone.
