Daniela felt heavy and uncomfortable, and listening to Emilia's chatter actually made her feel better.

Emilia couldn't continue: "I'll go over to you now."

When Emilia arrived, Daniela had already calmed down.

Given Sebastian and Sofia's relationship, it wouldn't be strange for something to happen while he was on a business trip.

Daniela was just surprised that Sebastian would let this kind of news come out.

Emilia sneered: "It's good that it came out, this is evidence of his infidelity!"

Daniela didn't answer her. Whether he cheated or not, it wouldn't really affect Sebastian.

She didn't have the energy to argue with him about this.

She was more concerned about something else.

Antonia, with her usual behavior, would never go to the hospital to see Renata.

How did she know about the gifts sent in the morning?

It didn't seem like she saw Lucas sending the gifts, but rather that she heard about it.

Was it the nurse? Or someone else?

Daniela didn't have an answer for a moment.

But she couldn't let Antonia hold this handle forever.

Seeing that she hadn't said anything, Emilia thought she was still sad, and whispered: "Daniela, what are you thinking about?"

Daniela came back to her senses and said: "Nothing. Emilia, you're familiar with renting, do you know any real estate agents?"

"I want to rent a house near the hospital."

Daniela spent a day looking at houses, but couldn't find a suitable one.

She also knew it was not something that could be rushed, she just needed to find one before the divorce.

On Christmas Day, Daniela arrived at the Romero Family's ancestral home early.

The old lady was very happy to see her: "Come here! There's some delicious ham soup today, you have some too."

Daniela looked at all the meat and felt nauseous, how could she eat it, she just said she had already eaten.

Although she didn't eat, she didn't leave in a hurry, she sat beside her and kept her company.

Fernanda quickly finished her breakfast, wiped her mouth, and then pulled Daniela's hand and asked with concern: "Why is your face so pale? Are you sick?"

Daniela said softly: "I'm fine, grandma. I just have a cold."

Fernanda patted her: "Did you get cold? You young people just don't pay attention."

"Have you seen a doctor? What medicine did they prescribe?"

Antonia's voice came from upstairs: "It's just a little cold, why do you need to take medicine?"

"Medicine is poisonous, she can't just eat it."

Fernanda glared at her, and turned to Daniela: "Don't listen to your mother, take medicine if you need to."

Daniela smiled and said nothing.

Antonia warned Daniela with a glance, and helped Fernanda up: "You should go change your clothes. There will probably be a lot of people coming to visit later."

The Romero Family's Christmas family dinner was a big deal, almost everyone from the Romero Family would come to the manor for dinner.

Everyone had to come and see Fernanda first.

Daniela also got up to help, but was stopped by Antonia: "Go to the kitchen and help check, make sure they are all doing their jobs carefully. Don't make any mistakes."

Daniela could only withdraw her hand.

In the kitchen, everyone was already busy.

Molly, the housekeeper, pulled Daniela over as soon as she saw her: "You're finally here."

"The ingredients for the cupcakes are all here, hurry up and make them."

There were almost hundreds of cupcakes worth of ingredients here.

Daniela's face looked a little pale: "Molly, I don't feel well. I can't make so many cupcakes by myself, get me a couple of helpers."

The Romero Family didn't actually need so many cupcakes, but when she had just gotten married, she wanted to give the Romero Family people a good impression, so she made some cupcakes and sent them to them.

She learned her pastry skills from an old master, and the taste was much better than those sold in the market.

Everyone praised her, Antonia got the idea, and told her to make some cupcakes every year to send to everyone.

Daniela agreed, but the next year she was asked to make 500.

This year, it's probably even more.

With her current physical condition, she was probably not able to make so many.
