It was Mrs. Worth, the woman Daniela had argued with in the property earlier that morning.

Dressed in a black gown with a high slit and a bold red lip, she was a striking presence at the banquet. Her volatile "son" was nowhere to be seen.

"What a coincidence," Daniela thought grimly.

Sebastian, noticing her change in demeanor, questioned, "What's wrong?"

Daniela pressed her lips together. On the way, Juan had informed her about the importance of this dinner. It was crucial for Romero Group's business layout for the next few decades. The attendees were all valuable partners of Romero Group, and the success of the partnership largely hinged on this dinner.

Though uncertain of Mrs. Worth's influence at the gathering, Daniela didn't want to disrupt Sebastian's business, so she whispered about the morning's incident.

Upon learning that the person who had thrown something from the building was Mrs. Worth's son, Sebastian's face hardened. Daniela had brushed over the incident earlier, but it was clear that a conflict had occurred, and that Mrs. Worth was not someone to be trifled with.

Coincidentally, Mrs. Worth's husband was a VIP guest, the head of the partnership, and responsible for the final signature.

Daniela frowned slightly.

"I wonder what Mr. and Mrs. Worth's relationship is like," she pondered. "If he's a protective and unreasonable type, this partnership might be difficult."

A sense of apology crept into Daniela's heart. "I'm sorry, if I had known her identity…"

She paused. Even knowing Mrs. Worth's identity, Daniela wouldn't have backed down. Throwing something from the building was a serious crime.

She abruptly stopped talking.

Sebastian noticed her expression and understood her unspoken words, a wry smile playing on his lips. She was getting tougher by the day.

Daniela caught the coldness in his eyes and said, "Don't worry, I won't disrupt Romero Group. If they're unreasonable and unwilling to cooperate, you can push me forward."

"It's my responsibility, I'll take care of it," he said coldly, "Just you?"

Daniela fell silent. She lacked the skills, but she had a use.

As long as Sebastian divorced her, removing her title as Mrs. Romero, her presence would have no influence on the Romero Group and Planda Company's partnership.

Mr. Worth would even be inclined to concede due to the incident where his son had injured Sebastian.

Sebastian could also use this incident as an excuse to divorce her.

Thinking about it, Daniela felt a surge of recklessness.

Sebastian didn't say anything else, simply walked towards the banquet hall.

Observing his calm and imposing figure, Daniela's face gradually contorted into a wry smile.

He hadn't rejected her proposal. She was just his wife in name only.

If sacrificing her could bring immense benefits to Romero Group, Sebastian, with his personality, would definitely do it. After all, hadn't he readily abandoned Sofia, the woman he once loved so dearly?

As this realization dawned upon her, Daniela felt a strange sense of liberation.

Mrs. Worth, spotting Daniela in the banquet hall, marched towards her, rage evident in her eyes. "It's you, you dare show your face here!"

Daniela, however, greeted her with a smile, "Hello, Mrs. Worth. We meet again."

Mrs. Worth, witnessing her calm demeanor as if the morning's incident never happened, felt even more incensed.

"You're here at this banquet, meaning you must be someone of importance. I can overlook this. Apologize to me and my son right here, right now, and I'll forget about this morning."
