Neil had been dealing with Osmond for the past few days and had just finished when he heard the news of Renata's accident. He was immediately struck with fear.

He rushed to the hospital and heard Lucas and Daniela discussing the situation. He then spoke up.

"Daniela, the Jones Family has some connections. They can help find out where Lawrence is."

Daniela's eyes lit up when she saw him.

That's right, the Jones Family. They must have a way to help.

"Neil, please, you have to help me."

Her voice was filled with desperation.

If all else fails, she'll have to go back to the Romero Family and beg Fernanda.

But she already owed Fernanda so much, she didn't know how to bring it up.

The Jones Family... she would find a way to repay them.

Neil smiled. "Daniela helped the Jones Family a lot before. They've always remembered it. Don't worry, we'll have an answer soon."

He then took out his phone and left the ward to make a call.

"That's great. Daniela, I told you, Auntie is a lucky person. She's going to be fine." Emilia was genuinely happy for Daniela.

"Yeah." Daniela couldn't help but sniffle. Renata will be fine.

Emilia felt a pang of sympathy and wiped her tears away. "What are you thanking us for? We're the best friends in the world."

Lucas also said, "We're friends. There's no need to be so polite."

Daniela continued to cry.

Bernard had been trying to contact Sebastian for the past two days.

Daniela had been through so much, and Lucas had been taking care of everything. Sebastian, her actual husband, couldn't even be reached by phone.

It didn't make sense.

Finally, Sebastian's phone was reachable that afternoon.

His phone had been lost in the chase with Sandy, and he finally got it back today.

After charging the phone and turning it on, a bunch of messages popped up, along with Bernard's constant calls.

Sebastian didn't have time to read the messages, so he answered Bernard's call first.

As soon as he picked up, Bernard's agitated voice came through the phone. "Brother, my dear brother. Where have you been these past few days? How come your phone has been unreachable?"

Sebastian didn't answer, he only asked, "What's up?"

Bernard heard his cold tone and couldn't help but get angry. "Damn it, how dare you ask what's up? If you can't be reached again, your wife is going to be someone else's!"

"What do you mean?" Sebastian frowned.

Bernard said angrily, "Renata suddenly woke up, ran out of the hospital, and got into a car accident. The doctors have issued two critical notices."

Sebastian was shocked and almost immediately sat up in bed. "How could this happen?"

"How would I know?" Bernard said, then continued, "Lucas has been helping Daniela these past few days. I'm starting to see his intentions, if you don't come back, I'm afraid Daniela will really be taken by him."

He couldn't help but think to himself.

She's probably already been taken.

With such a big event, he hadn't heard Daniela mention Sebastian once.

He dared not think about the meaning behind it.

Sebastian's grip on the phone tightened. "Where's Daniela? Let her answer the phone."

Bernard looked into the ward. "Don't even think about it. She hasn't slept in two days. Emilia just convinced her to lie down."

"Just come back. Ivan's secretary is helping to contact doctors from overseas. If you wait any longer, you might not even see Daniela."
