The stagehand looked dubious, but his gaze on Daniela had a hint of hesitation.

Daniela looked at Adelaide with some surprise.

She felt like this girl didn't want the Shu embroidery to be successfully displayed on stage.

Adelaide met her gaze without fear, giving off an air of “you're the one with malicious intentions, and I'm the righteous one."

Daniela smiled wryly and looked at the stagehand, "You need to make a decision quickly. If it's too late, Dragon Sister and I won't be able to do anything."

She needed to draw, and it wasn't that simple.

First, she needed to draw on the Shu embroidery. Shu embroidery is cloth, not paper, and the required force and ink usage are different. She also needed to experiment first.

Secondly, she needed to recreate it one-to-one. It couldn't be a stroke longer or shorter. At the very least, the surrounding patterns and size had to be perfect.

Finally, there was the overall effect of the painting. It needed to create a three-dimensional effect using flat fabric. It demanded a high level of control over light and shadow.

If there wasn't enough time, she wouldn't be able to do it.

The stagehand pondered for a long time, his gaze shifting back and forth between the few people in front of him. Finally, he made a decision and looked at Dragon Sister, "Dragon Sister, we'll have to trouble you with this. No matter what, we have to fix the Shu embroidery before the show starts."

"If we don't have enough staff, call in some from outside right now."

His words were clear – he didn't want Daniela to get involved.

Hearing this, Adelaide's eyes lit up. She looked at Daniela contemptuously, slowly curving her lips.

Dragon Sister looked troubled, "We really can't finish it."

"Why can't you finish it? You did so many revisions in the past week, didn't you finish them?"

"That's different," Dragon Sister explained. "The revisions we did before were the result of discussions between me and Daniela."

"We made strict divisions for every revision to ensure that the revised content would blend perfectly with the original image. Therefore, we only need one embroiderer to handle one part. This way, we don't interfere with each other, and we save time."

"Even so, it took us five days to complete."

"This part was also added later, and the colors and elements are very rich. It's simply impossible to embroider it in an hour."

In other words, under normal circumstances, it would take them four days to embroider this part.

Even with eight of them working together, they could barely finish it in half a day, and they couldn't make a single mistake.

Upon hearing this, the stagehand's expression darkened.

This wouldn't work, and that wouldn't work either. Was he really going to let Daniela draw a fake one and paste it on?

Adelaide hurriedly said, "Stagehand, you mustn't believe their words. Our National Wind Grand Prize is an important program that promotes traditional culture, and that's why we decided to use Shu embroidery. If you change it to a painting now, the leaders will investigate…"

The stagehand understood her words perfectly.

This was also the reason for his hesitation.

"Sigh, why did they make the painting so complicated? It's not even easy to fix."

In his heart, he was still resentful towards Daniela.

Daniela had suggested changing the painting. They had already put in effort once before, and now it was dirty again, requiring even more effort. Naturally, he was angry.

Both Daniela and Emilia's eyebrows furrowed.

Adelaide chimed in, "Who said it wasn't? If it wasn't so complicated, it would have been fixed easily."

"I think some people are drawing for show, they just want to show off their skills."

"Damn it! I can't take it anymore."

Emilia could no longer tolerate it. Pointing at Adelaide, she said, "What's your business here? Why are you talking the most?"

"Did you stick your mouth in a toilet? It stinks like hell!"

"Show off your skills? If you have the guts, show off something too!"

"You're just babbling so much, you don't want us to fix the painting. What's your intention? Don't you want the show to be good? Did you pour this stain on the painting?"
