The early autumn morning was cool and crisp. The sun filtered through thin clouds, filling the air with a faint scent of the changing season.

Natalie wore a pink blazer today. She walked with a casual yet commanding presence, her expression cool and composed under the morning sun. Luna followed her as they took the elevator straight to the top-floor office. Her office was separate from the other designers'.

She had just sat down when Luna came in with a latte. "Boss, the staff heard about the layoffs and have been causing a commotion since this morning. They're threatening a mass resignation."

They were so ungrateful. Many of them had gotten their jobs through connections and had no real skills, just looking for an easy paycheck. With her absent for so long, the company's management had grown lax, creating opportunities for opportunists. Yet they had the audacity to complain.

"Oh?" Natalie let out a cool, radiant laugh. "How interesting. A mass resignation? Is there any other reason?" This was about more than just layoffs. If she didn't shake things up, the company would fall behind.

Luna's voice was tight with anger. "Boss, the designers in the design department all want to follow Ms. Young to the Spencer Group across the street. And it seems they're willing to take them."

Natalie froze. "They'll take all of them?" Sebastian was a real piece of work. But then, a wave of excitement washed over her. Someone was willing to take on her burdens? How could she not be thrilled? A large portion of those designers were unmotivated, their work utterly mediocre.

A sly look appeared in her eyes. "Luna, can you confirm that? The Spencer Group will really hire all our designers, and other staff too?"

Luna was bewildered by her boss's cheerful demeanor. "No need to confirm, boss. Just a few minutes before we came in, Ms. Young showed up with their HR department and started recruiting our designers right here in our company."

Natalie slammed her hand on the desk. “The nerve! Sebastian has truly perfected the art of being

shameless. He's gone too far,

coming to my company to poa.net?

my employees!" Then she reconsidered. Actually, this was great. "Tsk, let him have those hot potatoes. It's perfect. Let the Spencer Group's HR take them all away."

Luna was speechless. "Boss, are you serious? If they all leave, we won't have a

team to handle our upcoming projects."

Natalie twirled a pen in her fingers, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. "The world is full of talented people. Why would I keep a bunch of slack ? Well completely overfiaul the company and fill it with our own people."

"Aside from the design department, I want you to find out who wants to stay. Check if the remaining employees are reliable. Get me a full report." With that, she turned her attention to her proposal for Matthew.

In Sebastian's office, he waited for Natalie's call. An hour passed, and there was still no word from her. That woman really had a lot of patience. He had poached her entire design department, leaving her as the sole designer. What could she possibly do?

Just then, Sean rushed in, his head bowed.

Sebastian leaned back in his swivel chair, asking nonchalantly, “Is Natalie here?"

Sean froze. What was he thinking? This man was still thinking about Natalie? She had already cast him aside. Why couldn't he get a clue?

"Sir, Ms. Sanders isn't here. However, the entire design department came over. Some of them are... not very skilled. A few are here because of connections, and their real talent seems to be gossiping."
