Chapter 672:
Millie’s lips curved into a faint smile.
Vivian, even now, was still trying to twist the situation to her advantage.
“Do you honestly believe that creative work just comes out of nowhere and leaves no trace?” Millie asked.
The path from an idea to a finished song was littered with evidence. Without another word, she tapped her phone, posting every scrap of proof she had gathered on her Eva account—evidence of Glimmer of Light’s creation. There were fragments of lyrics, rough drafts, revisions, and ideas she had tossed aside.
Among them were audio clips, each with precise recording dates and details. Some tracks had been recorded in her own home, while most were made at Evans Entertainment’s building.
“Everything you see here was made before Glimmer of Love was ever released,” Millie said.
Vivian wouldn’t acknowledge the truth until confronted with undeniable proof. Her tone cutting, she said, “You stayed close to me, collecting these things as if they came to you without effort.”
By this point, the crowd didn’t need much convincing.
In the materials Millie uploaded, she described the original concept in detail—an idea that completely clashed with Vivian’s claim that the song was born from her fighting her illness.
Still, one last decisive blow was missing.
Millie’s eyes locked on Vivian.
If that was what Vivian wanted, then that was what she would get.
Her gaze slid toward Charles.
He nodded without hesitation, as if he had been waiting for this moment.
Seconds later, Evans Entertainment’s official account dropped another update. The first release was the voiceprint analysis for Glimmer of Light’s demo track.
The results proved the demo had been sung by Millie herself.

“What? That was Millie’s voice!” a girl shouted from beside a parked car.
Another girl exclaimed, “So that’s why Vivian never sounded like the demo! I thought the studio messed with the audio!”
Before the murmurs grew louder, a second post appeared.
This time, it was surveillance footage, complete with audio.
The clip showed Millie in plain clothes, strumming her guitar and softly singing the song she had originally titled Glimmer of Light.
The timestamp was clearly visible.
When her song came to an end, Millie spoke in a gentle voice, saying, “That’s the first session. Life needs its light, even if it’s only the faintest glimmer.” People in the crowd suddenly remembered—the earliest demo release had been called Glimmer of Light, not Glimmer of Love.
The combination of the voiceprint verification and the surveillance footage left no doubt—Millie had both written and sung the original demo.
“I could’ve sworn Vivian said on one of the Heavenly Melody broadcasts that she was the one who sang the demo!” someone in the crowd blurted out.
“She did. And Love of Vivian even used that exact demo. I caught it plain as day in the trailer!” another voice chimed in.
