Kevin: “Mr. Queen, is it a good time for you to take me to see that house?”
Hayden: “It’s not a good time anymore since it’s quite late. Mr. York, I’ll give you a phone number, and you can call it when you’re free tomorrow; someone will take you to the villa.”
“Okay, thank you very much, Mr. Queen,” Kevin replied, expressing his gratitude to Hayden.
Hayden handed Kevin her housekeeper’s phone number, saying, “Mr. York, this is my housekeeper’s contact. If you reach out to her, she will assist you in getting in touch with the owner and showing you the house.”
The owner of the house had spread the word about wanting to sell, providing a phone number for neighbors to call if anyone was interested in purchasing the property at any time.
Kevin: “Alright, I will contact your housekeeper tomorrow. Thank you for your assistance, Mr. Queen.”
Hayden replied casually, “It’s just a small favor, Mr. York; there’s no need to be overly formal.”
Kevin might not end up buying that villa anyway.
Although it required renovations, the villa was quite old. Typically, those who bought villas in Yuvinn Villa were either affluent or willing to invest significantly. Buyers with limited funds usually avoided older villas, primarily because the seller was in the real estate business. The house was priced slightly higher than a new villa.
Kevin had the means, but he wasn’t the type to let others take advantage of him.
Arriving at the York hotel in Jensburg, Hayden instructed the driver to stop and said to Kevin, “Mr. York, we’ve arrived.”
Upon seeing the “Fortress Hotel,” Kevin thanked Hayden as he exited the car and opened the door. He then asked, “Mr. Queen, would you like to come in for a while?”
“The house is ready for decoration, and once you’re settled in, I’ll invite you over,” he said.
Hayden replied, “Mr. York, I have some matters to attend to, so I’ll be leaving first.”
Kevin smiled and waved goodbye to her.
The bodyguards from Queens assisted Kevin in parking the car and handed him the keys. Gratefully, he accepted the keys and thanked them.
Hayden’s bodyguard was always by her side, and she had complete trust in him. Kevin felt pleased to have someone like Hayden’s bodyguard to look up to.
Standing at the hotel entrance, Kevin watched as Hayden’s special convoy drove away. Once the cars vanished into the busy traffic, he jingled the car keys and stepped inside.
