Since both his sister-in-law and second brother encouraged him to pursue Hayden directly, Kevin resolved to start courting his wife the following day.

As long as grandma didn’t deceive him.

Upon reflection, grandma wouldn’t deceive him, would she?

He was her grandson, after all.

No more thoughts for one night.

Early the next morning, Zachary flew back to Wiltspoon.

Serenity and Grandma were still at FC Manor, planning to return to Wiltspoon in two or three days.

Lilian had been discharged from the hospital and had gone home for her recovery.

Sonny really enjoyed staying at FC Manor and noticed that there were many kids, even if they were all very young and could do little more than cry.

Sonny and Titus visited Lilian’s home to see the newborn.

Sonny clamored for a baby, asking Serenity for a little brother. He pointed out that Titus had four little brothers and a little sister, insisting he wasn’t greedy, just wanting one brother and one sister.

Serenity, overwhelmed by his demands, called her sister and handed the phone to Sonny, saying, “If you want younger siblings, you should talk to your mother.”

Holding the phone, Sonny asked Liberty, “Mom, I want a younger brother and sister. When will you give me one? I’m not asking for much, just a brother and a sister.”

Liberty replied, “I’ve already given birth to you, and I won’t be having any more siblings.”

“Why not?” Sonny asked, confused. “Titus’s mom can have more kids; why can’t you?”

Liberty explained, “Mom doesn’t want to have any more babies. You are enough for me. I don’t want a second child. Plus, your father and I are divorced, so I can’t have children on my own.”

Sonny suddenly expressed a desire for a baby. His younger siblings had initially been inspired by Jane’s adopted son.

After some thought, Sonny asked, “So, can Mom and Uncle Duncan have kids together?”

His mom and dad were divorced and unable to have more children. Uncle Duncan was very kind to his mom.

Liberty replied, “Sonny, Mom and Uncle Duncan are just friends, not married. Please don’t bring it up again, or Mom might get upset.”

Sonny felt a bit wronged.

Didn’t he want siblings?

Liberty said, “Sonny, please hand the phone to your aunt; I need to talk to her.”

Sonny returned the phone to his aunt, feeling aggrieved and puzzled about why he couldn’t have younger siblings if he wanted them.

Previously, when he mentioned wanting brothers and sisters, his mother had told him that his aunt would have a baby soon.

After waiting for a long time, he asked his aunt when she would have a baby brother. Annoyed by his questions, she suggested he ask his mother, who seemed a little angry again.

“Sister,” Serenity laughed uncontrollably from the side.

Liberty said, “Sonny has been pestering me all day about when I will have a little brother or sister. I’m so overwhelmed by his questions that I feel like taping his mouth shut.”

Serenity added, “Just now, he and Titus visited Dr. Carden to see his little brother. When they came back, Sonny teased Avah and Enzo to play, but for some reason, he got into an argument with Titus. Titus told him that since he has siblings, Sonny should ask you to have more.”

Sonny’s handsome face was filled with grievance.

He simply wanted to, but then Titus got into an argument with him.

Was it wonderful to have younger siblings?
