Dax smiled and responded, “It’s too early for Mr. York. You asked me to assist you this morning last night, and I’ve completed everything I needed to do.”

As he spoke, he handed a bouquet of flowers and several bags to Kevin.

Kevin informed Hayden that he would request Wildridge Manor to help transport a batch of roses by air. While this was true, those roses were intended for creating a sea of flowers, and the bouquets typically given to Hayden still had to be purchased in Jensburg.

He was aware that the flower shops in Jensburg had ceased selling rose bouquets to him.

He felt powerless against them.

Instead, he arranged for someone from the hotel to buy him a bouquet as well.

Kevin accepted the bouquet and bags, thanking Manager Dax.

Dax replied, “Mr. York, if you need anything in the future, just let me know.”

Kevin rarely visited Jensburg, making it difficult for the hotel management to gain his favor. Finally, Manager Dax had the opportunity to serve Mr. York, a chance he eagerly embraced, though he remained tight-lipped about any tasks Kevin had assigned to him.

Kevin said, “Thank you. If I need assistance, I will reach out. Manager Dax, I don’t want to interrupt you while you work. I’ll take my leave now.”

In addition to asking Manager Dax to buy him a bouquet, Kevin also requested a long skirt, a pair of high heels, and two packed breakfasts.

The bouquet, skirt, and high heels were all gifts he intended for Hayden in the morning, with more surprises planned for noon.

The breakfasts were also prepared for Hayden.

Kevin wanted to share breakfast with Hayden!

After leaving the hotel, Kevin went to the parking lot of the Greenrest Hotel across the street to retrieve his car. He had consumed alcohol the previous night, so he hadn’t driven; his car remained parked at the Greenrest Hotel.

A few…

Minutes later, the Maybach that Hayden had wanted to smash when she first saw it drove away from the parking lot of the Greenrest Hotel. Kevin was in a good mood, humming a little tune all the way. Upon arriving at Queen Enterprise, he was stopped by security guards who refused him entry into the company.

“Mr. York, our Mr. Queen has issued orders that you cannot enter the premises without his consent in the future. Please don’t make this difficult for us,” the security captain said as he personally prevented Kevin from entering.

Because of Kevin, their boss Hayden had become a hot topic in Jensburg. Although he was not allowed to enter the company, Kevin was unfazed. He pressed down his car window and asked the security captain, “Is Mr. Queen in his office?”

The security captain replied, “I’m not sure; I just came from the duty room.”

As Kevin spoke, the security captain noticed the bouquet of flowers and several bags on the passenger seat, realizing they were gifts from Kevin.

Glancing at the time, Kevin remarked, “It’s not yet eight o’clock, and I believe Hayden is still on her way to the company. I’ll wait here for a bit, and when she arrives, I’ll follow her in. I won’t make it difficult for you.”

“Thank you, Mr. York, for your understanding and consideration,” the security captain said gratefully, relieved that Kevin wasn’t going to force his way in.

Just then, Hayden’s motorcade arrived. Kevin’s car was parked in the middle of the company entrance, noticeable but not obstructing the flow of traffic. As soon as Hayden’s driver spotted the Maybach, he informed her, “Young Master, Mr. York is here again, and that car…”

“belongs to him.”
