Audrey said, “Mrs. Farrell, you have nothing else to do. Please come back. I want to visit my little grandson in the hospital.”
Audrey was too lazy to say anything more to Matriarch Farrell. She issued an eviction order and got up to see off the guests.
After being told to leave, Matriarch Farrell would never stay, no matter how thick-skinned she was.
Initially, she had thought Audrey would greet her warmly upon her visit to the Stone family.
Reflecting on her past actions, Matriarch Farrell knew that even though Audrey had no evidence, she was aware of what she had done. Audrey had not expelled her, which felt like a small relief to Matriarch Farrell.
However, she could no longer interact with Audrey, Liberty, and Serenity as if they were ordinary relatives. Audrey believed she was the murderer.
Matriarch Farrell stood up and said, “I’ll be returning to Jensburg in a few days. Audrey, when your grandson turns one month old, please call me, and I’ll come over to celebrate with some full moon wine.”
“Mrs. Farrell, please!” Audrey did not agree to Matriarch Farrell’s request.
Matriarch Farrell looked at Audrey thoughtfully and nodded to her. It seemed that Audrey and Darrell’s status in the family was akin to her own and her husband, Holden’s. The women in the Farrell family were all quite powerful.
Audrey mentioned the gifts brought by the Farrell family, stating that she couldn’t accept so many on her own. Darrell quickly stepped in to assist Audrey, returning everything to Matriarch Farrell.
“Audrey, these gifts are for your daughter-in-law, Alice. Although we haven’t seen each other for decades and our relationship is strained, we all share the blood of the Farrell family. We are relatives. As the elder, I want to give you some supplements for this junior, so please don’t refuse.”
“Mrs. Farrell, please take the supplements back. If you leave them here, I will consider them trash.”

Alice, Matriarch Farrell’s daughter-in-law, was unable to accept the supplements sent by her.
Matriarch Farrell remained silent, visibly displeased by Audrey’s lack of respect.
After taking a few deep breaths to calm herself, Matriarch Farrell said to Audrey, “The items have been delivered, and they are now your family’s. You can handle them as you see fit.”
With that, she turned and walked away.
Audrey and Darrell brought the items inside.
Matriarch Farrell’s bodyguard team awaited her outside, and they immediately approached her as she emerged.
One bodyguard quickly opened the car door for her.
Once Matriarch Farrell entered the vehicle, the bodyguard closed the door and joined her inside.
“Take me back to the hotel,” she instructed the driver.
The driver complied and sped off.
The bodyguard observed Matriarch Farrell’s expression and realized that her conversation with Audrey had not gone well; she was clearly in a foul mood.
Meanwhile, Audrey and Darrell stood at the entrance of their villa, watching the three cars speed away.
“Audrey, what should we do with those items?” Darrell asked his wife.
Audrey replied, “Just throw them away!”
Darrell responded, “Alright, we’ll discard them. It’s cruel of her not to allow Alice to have what she brought. Our family doesn’t need these things anyway.”
He took the items from Audrey and said, “I’ll take care of it.”
and discard them. Then, you can return and relax. You haven’t had a proper rest today. If you’re feeling down and can’t sleep, don’t force yourself. I’ll check next door to see how Remy’s home is decorated.”
Audrey had started the day in a good mood, but the arrival of Matriarch Farrell disrupted her peace.
