"Unfortunately for you, even after all these years, my people found her and brought her back. She's already in police custody and has confessed that you instructed her to swap the medicine I prescribed. You can tell your side of the story to the police!"

Anastasia herself was surprised by the timing.

She had recalled the old incident upon arriving in Riverton and had suspected Queena, so she had sent people to investigate.
