She was sure Larissa would give in again this time.
Who could blame her? She was just an unwanted orphan.

Larissa stared back at Julia, her eyes icy cold. This girl put on quite a show, acting like the perfect, gracious heiress of the Turners. But underneath that mask, she was nothing but hypocritical, greedy, and shameless person.
How had she ever let Julia walk all over her in her past life?
She really had been too naive.
“Two slaps, right? And you want an apology?”
Larissa walked right up to her. Before anyone could react, she slapped Julia twice, then kicked her at the knee, sending Julia straight to the floor.
Then, Larissa grabbed her in time, forced her head down, and made her bow three times.
“There you go. That’s what you wanted, isn’t it? Don’t mention it.”
Julia was so stunned by Larissa’s move, she just sat there in shock. It took her a moment before she started shrieking, “Larissa, are you insane? How could you do this to me!”
The students around them were just as shocked. People started whispering to each other.
No one had ever seen anything this wild on campus before, and a bunch of students started recording the whole thing.
Julia had always acted untouchable. She was never humiliated like this.
Plenty of classmates had suffered her bullying before, but because of her status, they’d just swallowed their pride and stayed away.
Today, Larissa finally gave them a longoverdue taste of payback.
Of course, some of the kids nearby were Julia’s fans. Seeing her get treated like this made them furious.
But Larissa was too tough, so none of them dared step in.
That was when Harlan came rushing over with a few of his friends.
He saw Julia’s state and frowned, glaring at Larissa. “Larissa, this is way out of line! You hurt Julia again. I’m telling you, apologize right now.”

Julia scrambled up and clung to Harlan, crying her eyes out.

“I just wanted her to come back to the Turners, but Larissa did this to me… it hurts…”
When nobody was watching, Julia gave a tiny, satisfied smirk.

Larissa just smirked, looking at him like he was a joke.
